Bringing her nearly 30 years of unique expertise and leadership across the arts, psychotherapy and academic research, Beatrice has introduced ethical, relational and politically sustainable processes to organisations such as the Irish Government and Arts for Peace, Wellcome Trust, Codarts Netherlands, and UK NHS mental health and neurological services.

Often working in collaboration with the illustrator Neil Max Emmanuel (Channel 4, Time Team, UK Sport, Icon Press, BBC), Beatrice includes visual capture and experiential tasks in order to identify issues, structure unfolding content, prioritise needs and expectations, analyse content, and make recommendations in a dynamic and collaborative consultancy process.
